Getting started

A quick step-by-step for both sides of Personally. Prefer to watch? See how it works.

Find a role

For job seekers

  1. 1
    Create your account

Sign up with your name, email, and a password. Optionally set a recovery PIN (it lets you verify yourself later if you ever lose email access). You'll agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  2. 2
    Browse open roles

On the job board, open any role to see the description, the hiring manager, live call-slot availability, and how long applications stay open.

  3. 3
    Apply & answer the questionnaire

Click Apply, fill in your details, and answer the employer's yes/no screening questions honestly. Then clear the quick 'I'm not a robot' check.

  4. 4
    Book your 15-minute call

If you answered Yes to every requirement, pick an open time slot and book a 15-minute introductory call. You'll get a confirmation.

  5. 5
    If you're not a match

You decide what happens to your data: delete/retract it entirely, or opt in to be considered for future roles. Nothing is kept against your wishes.

  6. 6
    Manage your data anytime

In your account you can track applications and instantly export your data, edit your details, or delete your account — no request or waiting needed.

Hire faster

For employers

  1. 1
Get set up & choose a plan

Pick the plan that matches how many roles you're hiring for on the Pricing page. (5% of our net subscription revenue funds grants for job seekers through The Workaround Collective.)

  2. 2
Keep your system of record in sync

Export your candidates and hiring records to your own system of record (Workday, Greenhouse, or your ATS) anytime — that's where anything you must retain for legal/compliance reasons should live. Direct enterprise HR sync is coming soon; ask us about integrations.

  3. 3
    Post a role

Use 'New requisition': add the role details, up to 10 yes/no screening questions, your open call slots, and an application deadline. A quick compliance check runs before you publish.

  4. 4
    Meet & decide

Qualified candidates book directly onto your calendar. After each call, add interview notes and set a decision (move forward, bookmark, or not moving forward).

  5. 5
    Track & stay transparent

Your dashboard shows slots filled, applicants, and status. Keep statuses current — you'll get reminders near each deadline so candidates always see an honest picture.

  6. 6
    Use the extras

Search your talent pool, read manager notifications (Inbox), export your data from the HR sync page (direct sync coming soon), review your Compliance log, and see your Data-protection view (your DPA + your candidates' privacy requests).
