The Workaround Collective is supported by individual donors, foundations, and grants — alongside its founding sponsor, Personally, which contributes 5% of its net subscription revenue. Every gift goes toward grants and support for people looking for work.
Job seekers can opt in to be connected to The Workaround Collective from their account when they sign up. It launches as the non-profit comes online.
